The Memory Advice (Muistineuvo in Finnish) phone service offers timely and comprehensive information and advice to people with dementia and their loved ones as well as those who are concerned about their memory.
The advisers are professionals in the field of dementia, and belong to the Alzheimer Society of Finland’s network of professionals. The Society coordinates the phone service, and offers advisers training according to the needs and requests that arise during calls.
The Memory Advice phone service is open three days a week. The Swedish-language service is open once a week. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the professional answering the phone speaks English.
